Overview
Madoleen is an internal advertising operations tool used to support Amazon Ads campaign planning. The application is designed for authorized users connected to the advertiser account owner.
Data we process
The tool may process product ASINs, Amazon Ads API profile identifiers, targeting recommendation responses, job metadata, and exported reporting files. Madoleen does not intentionally collect Amazon shopper personal data.
How data is used
Data is used to retrieve Sponsored Products targeting recommendations, prepare campaign planning exports, troubleshoot internal jobs, and maintain secure access to the application.
Sharing
Madoleen is not designed to sell, rent, or disclose Amazon Ads API data to third parties. Exported files are intended for internal advertiser operations only.
Security
API credentials and refresh tokens should be stored in secure environment variables or managed secret storage. Credentials must not be committed to source code or shared in support messages.
